It is very important you read over these terms because you should be aware of your rights as a customer as well as our rights so there are no confusions or miscommunications. In our customer first approach, we want to make sure customers have read over the rules and regulations involving our products.

1) We allow the customer to decide the content as well as the design of the website or app.

2) We allow the customer to take a look at the final design and make any corrections before the site goes live.

3) We always confirm and review the order with the customer before we get started to make sure that he/she did not type in the wrong order or did not make any notable spelling mistakes or typographical errors that would affect the product or how much he/she would have to pay.

4) We always check up on the customer after the product is finished to make sure it is doing its job.
